Elevating Voices to End Hunger Together Questionnaire
Recently, the White House announced the first White House Conference on Hunger, Nutrition and Health in over 50 years. Feeding America, the nation’s largest hunger-relief network of 200 food banks, 21 statewide associations and 60,000 partner food pantries and meal programs, is aiming to collect input from people who need food assistance to inform the ideas that arise from the conference. Our goal is to create solutions with the community to be shared with the White House, which has set a goal to end hunger by 2030.
Please fill out this survey to help us better understand what you and your community need to thrive – as in not get by but feel like you’re able to live a healthy life and reach your full potential.
